Position Overview:

As a Project Manager specializing in Self-Perform Concrete, you will lead our construction operations, ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass managing all facets of self-performing concrete tasks, from initial planning and coordination to overseeing execution and final completion. You will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our clients, guaranteeing that projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment and possesses a passion for construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of self-performing concrete work on construction projects.
  • Managing project development from initiation to closure, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Addressing any issues or delays that may affect project delivery, utilizing problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Regularly reviewing and reporting on project status, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments as necessary.
  • Leading and inspiring project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in self-performing concrete work.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and directing diverse teams.
  • Excellent client service skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, adept at managing and resolving project-related challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant industry tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
