Job Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete), you will lead our construction initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of self-performing concrete tasks on construction projects.
  • Managing project life cycles from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety oversight.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
  • Addressing any challenges or delays that may affect project timelines, utilizing problem-solving skills and industry expertise to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the construction field.
  • Regularly reviewing and reporting on project progress, recommending improvements or adjustments as necessary.
  • Leading and inspiring project teams, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.


Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on self-performing concrete work.
  • Demonstrated success in managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating diverse teams.
  • Excellent client service skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, adept at managing and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant industry tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
