Position Overview:
As a Project Manager (Self-Perform Concrete), you will lead our construction operations, playing a vital role in the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will encompass managing all facets of self-performing concrete work, from planning and coordination to overseeing execution and completion. You will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and possesses a passion for construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of self-performing concrete tasks on construction projects.
  • Managing project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety management.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
  • Addressing any challenges or delays that may affect project delivery, utilizing problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to devise effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in the construction field.
  • Regularly assessing and reporting on project status, providing recommendations for enhancements or adjustments as necessary.
  • Leading and inspiring project teams, cultivating a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on self-performing concrete work.
  • A proven history of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage and resolve project-related challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other industry-related tools.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
