This position will also involve managing pricing assessments, sales commission computations, and conducting a variety of ad-hoc analyses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating dashboards and visual representations to effectively convey financial performance and trends against expectations.
  • Enhancing and maintaining monthly GTM reporting for our executive team, board, and investors; continuously refining, automating, and scaling reporting processes.
  • Tracking budget versus actual performance and variances, providing insights and recommendations as necessary.

You may be a suitable candidate if you possess:

  • Experience (typically 2+ years) in a reporting and data analytics role, ideally supporting GTM functions.
  • A strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring minimal room for error; organized and methodical in your approach.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your analysis for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional advantages:

  • Experience in developing dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Background in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or financial services.
  • Experience working directly with GTM functions.
