Insurance Service Representative

Great Park Insurance Services Inc is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and insurance agents while interacting with them via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding coverage, enrollment, premium payments, and cancellation requests.
- Support customers with basic coverage questions and assist with the enrollment process.
- Respond to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
- Record details of all customer interactions, including requests, inquiries, comments, and complaints, as well as actions taken.
- 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Valid California P&C Insurance License required.
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to handle difficult and detailed inbound/outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask between various software programs.
- Proficient typing skills to type complete, accurate, and thorough notes in customer files.
- Strong problem-solving and problem-resolution skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, upbeat, dependable, and have excellent communication skills. They should be able to work quickly and efficiently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid California P&C Insurance License is required for this role. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
