Case Manager, Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing intensive supervision and support to individuals in immigration proceedings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized case management plans to ensure participants' successful integration into the community.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants to monitor their progress and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with community-based partners to provide critical assistance for participants' basic life needs.
- Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment to ensure participants' compliance with program requirements.
- Evaluate participants' English proficiency and connect them with translation services as needed.
- Coordinate with participants to ensure attendance at legal orientation and cultural orientation sessions.
- Review and update case records to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, case management, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
- United States citizenship and ability to live in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years.
This position requires regular travel to participants' homes and community-based locations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality is essential.
