Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing intensive supervision and support to individuals in immigration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized case management plans to ensure participants' successful integration into the community.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants to monitor their progress and provide guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with community-based partners to provide critical assistance for participants' basic life needs.
  • Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment to ensure participants' compliance with program requirements.
  • Evaluate participants' English proficiency and connect them with translation services as needed.
  • Coordinate with participants to ensure attendance at legal orientation and cultural orientation sessions.
  • Review and update case records to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, case management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • United States citizenship and ability to live in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years.
Working Conditions

This position requires regular travel to participants' homes and community-based locations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality is essential.
