Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional to prepare immigration petitions and applications, manage and assign work to case assistants and administrative assistants, track expiration dates and other critical immigration data, communicate with clients daily, and refer inquiries to attorneys when necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has had 2+ years of experience in high-volume business immigration, including strong emphasis on H-1B and other nonimmigrant case types. A Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement, excellent communication/writing skills, and exceptional attention to detail is required.

We conduct thorough reference and background checks and comply with all relevant state and federal laws.
