Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, social work, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
    • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, child management systems).
  • Certifications
    • CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Required to meet any state-specific certification or licensing requirements.
  • Attributes
    • Passion for working with young children and a deep commitment to their development and well-being.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, squat/kneel, sit on the floor, see, hear, and speak.
