Education Assistant

At Lena Sears Child Development Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement lesson plans.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and clean environment for students.
Support students with individualized learning needs, revising lesson material as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless student progress.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
CDA certification or higher in education or a relevant field is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a teaching assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
