Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients warmly and assist them with their needs.
  • Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system and ensure messages are handled promptly.
  • Schedule both new and follow-up appointments effectively.
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring demographic information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Confirm insurance details and verify patient eligibility.
  • Handle co-payments and outstanding balances efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and responding to emails.
Qualifications:
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Driven by the mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Proficient in computer operations with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a personable and energetic demeanor.
