Role Summary:
This position is dedicated to providing outstanding client support within a retail showroom environment. The focus is on delivering comprehensive product insights, assisting in purchase decisions, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand client needs and preferences.
- Develop kitchen layouts and pricing estimates.
- Review designs with clients to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Assist clients in the Vanities section with inquiries and pricing.
- Perform inventory checks and provide pricing information.
- Process special orders and complete necessary sales documentation.
- Maintain and enhance showroom displays, including setting up new exhibits.
- Handle incoming calls and provide backup support for cash transactions.
- Offer training and guidance to new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
