As a Project Director at Gana-A'Yoo, Limited, you will be responsible for leading and managing a wide range of operational support contract requirements. You will provide technical and professional direction and guidance to the workforce, ensuring the successful execution of projects within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate activities of projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished.
  • Develop and implement processes, procedures, and initiatives to effectively execute contract requirements.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within approved scope and budget.
  • Manage and lead the contracting organization's resources to meet all specifications and expectations of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Minimum of ten (10) years managerial experience on base operations support contracts or contracts of a similar scope.
  • Experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business, and a web collaboration tool such as SharePoint.
