Job Overview

HDI Global Insurance Company is a leading commercial property and casualty insurer with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced International In-House Property Adjuster to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field adjustments, including site visits and expert assignments, to resolve property claims efficiently.
  • Collaborate with local branches to understand regional regulations and market practices, ensuring effective claim resolution.
  • Provide specialist advice on major claims, leveraging a network of industry experts to drive successful mitigation measures.
  • Negotiate with insureds and their representatives to settle claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain a diary of actions on claims, tracking progress and mitigation impact.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance claims or a comparable field.
  • Strong understanding of insurance requirements for major claims, with a proven track record in settlement of large and complex claims.
  • International insurance experience and Business Interruption expertise.
  • Excellent contract interpretation skills and ability to provide fast and accurate reserve recommendations.
