- Collaborate with local branches to understand regional regulations and market practices, ensuring effective claim resolution.
- Provide specialist advice on major claims, leveraging a network of industry experts to drive successful mitigation measures.
- Negotiate with insureds and their representatives to settle claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain a diary of actions on claims, tracking progress and mitigation impact.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance claims or a comparable field.
- Strong understanding of insurance requirements for major claims, with a proven track record in settlement of large and complex claims.
- International insurance experience and Business Interruption expertise.
- Excellent contract interpretation skills and ability to provide fast and accurate reserve recommendations.
