Our Management Operations team is in search of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Coordinator to enhance our organization’s commitment to creating a more inclusive and engaging work environment. This role requires a deep understanding of the perceptual, institutional, and psychological dynamics that influence interpersonal interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate, execute, and refine a comprehensive DE&I strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
- Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and management teams to roll out DE&I initiatives, training programs, and projects.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Assess DE&I progress through audits, surveys, and data analytics.
- Advisory Role: Provide insights to the COO on integrating DE&I principles into recruitment and retention strategies.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions to elevate awareness of DE&I issues and promote inclusive practices.
- Support for Employee Resource Groups: Cultivate and support ERGs to foster a sense of community among underrepresented employee groups.
Program Management:
- Develop resources that cater to the needs of underrepresented minorities within the organization.
- Review and recommend policies related to harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
- Collaborate with communication teams to promote the organization’s DE&I commitment externally.
Data Analysis & Metrics:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of DE&I initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in organizational climate.
Compliance & Legal Oversight:
- Stay informed on legal changes and contribute to policy development regarding DE&I.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in DE&I, affirmative action, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment.
