Job Summary

Child and Family Service is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for implementing program services, linking assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions to achieve successful case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call crisis response with 24/7 availability
  • Implement program services, including assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions
  • Work with challenging families to improve their parenting skills
  • Support the commitment to preserving a participant's connection with their family of origin and reunification with biological family
  • Communicate and work effectively with people of diverse social, economic, ethnic/racial, and cultural backgrounds
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency
  • At least one year of full-time, clinically supervised progressive work experience in the care or treatment of youth in a mental health or educational setting
  • Experience in working with issues such as child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, and substance abuse
  • Valid driver's license, current no-fault insurance coverage, clear driver's abstract, and access to an insured vehicle
