We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI). As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare and upload invoices for corporate location
  • Manage central vendor and customer lists for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties, including scanning and storing invoice copies
  • Backup Accounts Payable Manager for check processing, state sales and use tax accounting and reporting
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Associate degree in accounting or related field or a combination of education preferred
  • One to three years relevant work experience preferred
