About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Vista Prairie Communities, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our residents through assessments and reassessments, developing and implementing appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring resident services, supervising staff, and providing ongoing staff training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessments of prospective/new residents and develop proposed service plans
  • Monitor resident services and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and implement appropriate service plans and plans of care
  • Provide ongoing staff training and education

Requirements

  • Current Minnesota RN license in good standing
  • Long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing experience
  • Must be 21 years or older
