Job Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to support our team members across various locations. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process and onboarding for our sites
  • Provide support for all aspects of talent management, including payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Partner with our Payroll Specialist to ensure site compliance with training and regulations
  • Process all site claims, including worker's comp and unemployment
  • Manage and track FMLA and AAP requirements for the site
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Actively involved in safety initiatives at the site
Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • At least two years of human resources experience
  • SAP payroll, MS Office, and HR-related systems experience
  • Commitment to safety and actively involved in safety initiatives
  • Prior experience using/knowledge of SuccessFactors and NOVAtime
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn our talent systems and understand, interpret, and report analytics
