You will have the opportunity to support specific groups and functions in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters
- Proactively plan and align HR initiatives to support business goals and objectives
- Advise employees, managers, and executive leaders on personnel matters, including interpretation of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to support the accomplishment of business goals and outcomes
- Partner with employees, management, and HR team to promote and maintain positive employee relations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
- Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or Leadership
- HR experience should encompass generalist experience or at least two areas of specialty, e.g., compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, etc.
- MBA or related Master's degree preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certifications preferred
