Job Overview

Our client, a prominent Homeowner's Association in a sought-after community, is in search of a Financial and Administrative Coordinator.

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations as required.
  • Prepare bank deposits, handle accounts payable, and ensure precise accounting records.
  • Generate monthly financial statements and reports; assist in budget preparation and reporting.
  • Monitor and process account delinquencies.
  • Support the Director in managing costs and budgets.
  • Address homeowner inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Perform assigned administrative tasks.
  • Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable/receivable, or payroll.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Windows 10/11.
  • An associate degree or a relevant combination of education and experience is required.
