Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Operations Professional with Clark Associates Companies is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail branch locations. This role involves effective inventory management, customer service, and teamwork to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stock merchandise, down-stock reserve items, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Follow priority lists and perform tasks as directed by management to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, referring customers to sales team members as needed.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash and cardboard.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and sales floor.
- May operate a forklift as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of our business model and strong work ethic.
- Basic customer service skills and ability to work well with coworkers.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Language Skills
Business proficiency in English is required.

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.
