Insurance Account Manager

Position Summary
This role supports the Account Executive in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with insurance producers to meet client needs and provide exceptional service.
- Assist Account Managers in managing a high volume of work, ensuring timely completion of tasks and accuracy.
- Update client policies in Epic and carrier systems, including changes to coverage, mortgagee information, and policy details.
- Handle client inquiries, renewals, claims, billing, and new policy requests.
- Review client applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the department manager to obtain renewal business information and ensure timely follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in Personal Lines account management or support.
- Property & Casualty License required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software, preferred.
- Able to work independently and interact effectively with team members.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and use discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
