Job Summary:

At ADEX, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational network support for existing and new network components, including troubleshooting network problems, managing customer incidents and requests, and configuring network equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolutions
Manage customer incidents and requests, ensuring prompt and effective communication
Configure network equipment, including basic routing and switching, and port configurations
Participate in network project installations, creating change documentation, implementation plans, and network drawings
Attend customer program/project meetings and provide updates on network progress

Requirements:

Demonstrable skills in IEEE 202.3 Ethernet Switching, TCP/IP Networking, Routing (BGP, OSPF), VLAN, Subnetting, and Layer 1 Cabling detail (copper and fiber)
Experience with Arista or Cisco products and working knowledge of their technologies
