**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Financial Manager to join our dynamic team at Stardom Employment Consultants. The Corporate Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Financial Management:** Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
  • **Accounting Operations:** Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements, to provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of the company's financial performance.
  • **Internal Controls:** Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data, to prevent financial misstatements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Audit Coordination:** Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion, to ensure the company's financial statements are accurate and reliable.
  • **Tax Compliance:** Oversee tax planning and compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, to ensure the company's tax obligations are met and minimize tax liabilities.
  • **Strategic Planning:** Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making, to ensure the company's financial goals are aligned with its overall business objectives.
  • **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, to ensure the team is equipped to meet the company's financial needs.
  • **System Implementation:** Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software, to ensure the company's financial operations are efficient and effective.
  • **Cost Management:** Monitor and manage company expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, to ensure the company's financial resources are utilized effectively.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • **Skills:** Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency in accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • **Attributes:** Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
