**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team at Stardom Employment Consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Financial Strategy:** Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
  • **Financial Planning and Analysis:** Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • **Financial Reporting:** Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements, providing transparent and reliable financial information to stakeholders.
  • **Risk Management:** Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's assets are protected and its financial position is secure.
  • **Capital Management:** Oversee capital structure, investment strategies, and funding requirements, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  • **Operational Efficiency:** Drive operational efficiency and cost management initiatives to enhance profitability, streamlining financial processes and reducing costs.
  • **Leadership:** Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • **Stakeholder Relations:** Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and corporate governance, maintaining a strong reputation and avoiding financial risks.
  • **Mergers and Acquisitions:** Provide financial due diligence and strategic insights for mergers, acquisitions, and other business opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making and optimal financial outcomes.
  • **Technology Integration:** Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology, ensuring seamless integration and optimal financial performance.

**Qualifications:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in Agriculture, Construction, or Manufacture industry preferred.
  • **Skills:** Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • **Attributes:** Strategic thinker, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
