About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising, you will be responsible for creating an exemplary site experience by implementing the holistic site strategy for various Services Business Units. You will use customer insights to tell a cohesive story and create a seamless customer experience, overseeing visual site merchandising and content strategy, site functionality, and more.

You will advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practices and governance. You will also facilitate the development of site metrics and dashboards to monitor site health across our key services pages.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 5 years' experience in e-commerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related areas. A Master's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related areas is preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000-$180,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and additional compensation for certain positions may include stock and more.
