Cardiac Imaging Inc. (CII) is a leading provider in the field of Cardiac PET imaging, dedicated to enhancing patient care across the nation. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Nuclear Medicine Specialist to contribute to our mission of making advanced cardiac technology accessible to all healthcare providers.


As a vital member of our Mobile Cardiac Imaging Program, you will work under the supervision of a physician, performing a comprehensive range of nuclear imaging procedures. This role involves regular local travel, with occasional overnight stays, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality imaging services wherever needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intricate diagnostic scans utilizing PET/CT and SPECT/CT technologies.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
  • Verify patient identification and gather relevant medical histories.
  • Review and document imaging results for physician interpretation.
  • Communicate critical findings promptly to the appropriate medical staff.
  • Maintain current knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals, radiation safety, and procedural standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related discipline.
  • Certification by the ARRT or CNMT.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine.
  • Comprehensive understanding of nuclear medicine techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available on-call as necessary.
