Maintenance Technician Job Summary

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our apartment communities in the West St. Paul, MN area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and apartment units
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure property integrity
  • Assess and repair appliances as needed to maintain resident satisfaction
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing necessary repairs and cleaning
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in maintenance preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
  • HVAC and EPA experience a plus
  • CPO certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and insurance may be required
