Job Description

Vericast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability goals, from both existing accounts and new client prospects.

The ideal candidate will reside in PA, NJ, NY, or DE (USA) and have a strong understanding of the financial services industry. You will be responsible for meeting with clients and prospects to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in high-level prospecting activities, including lead generation, qualifying prospects, discovery, and demonstrating solutions to prospective clients.
  • Meet in person with clients and prospects to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deepen existing client relationships by generating incremental business and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Consult with clients on business issues and marketing program design, and negotiate costs and services to meet their needs.
  • Work with Client Strategists and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
  • Develop insightful proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations to clients.
  • Manage contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Sell with data and insights to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a proven track record of closing new business and growing existing business relationships.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines and recent sales experience within a financial services vendor company.
  • Strong skills in problem resolution, overcoming objections, initiative, conceptual selling, presentation delivery, negotiation, innovation, and managing multiple priorities.
What We Offer:
  • Base salary: $98,000 - $120,000.
  • Eligibility for a sales incentive/commission program.
