Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Media Sales Consultant. This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and generate sales leads, managing an active pipeline of potential revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, meeting new business revenue and budget goals
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations to build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline, build pipeline velocity, and forecast with accuracy
  • Design and present marketing presentations to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, managing your own book of sales revenue for retention and growth
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of B2C or B2B outside consultative sales experience, preferably in media ad sales
  • Effective prospecting and proven revenue pipeline-building skills
  • Ability to think critically and design solutions for complex problems
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Be teachable and open to best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
  • Be consistent at delivering results through perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $43,888-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
