Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Media Sales Consultant. This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Research and generate sales leads, managing an active pipeline of potential revenue
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, meeting new business revenue and budget goals
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Maintain a consistent pipeline, build pipeline velocity, and forecast with accuracy
- Design and present marketing presentations to clients
- Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, managing your own book of sales revenue for retention and growth
- 2-5 years of B2C or B2B outside consultative sales experience, preferably in media ad sales
- Effective prospecting and proven revenue pipeline-building skills
- Ability to think critically and design solutions for complex problems
- Ability to manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Be teachable and open to best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
- Be consistent at delivering results through perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $43,888-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
