Job Purpose:

We're seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to drive our business growth by identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with fluid power, hydraulics, or industrial supplies, as well as 2+ years of experience in industrial sales. A proven ability to develop a personal sales process, effective written and verbal communication, and strong proficiency in MS Office are also essential.

Additional skills such as mechanical, electrical, and programmable controllers experience, consultative sales skills, and a positive and collaborative attitude are highly valued.


Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers
• Interact daily with customer prospects through various communication channels
• Grow sales while enhancing margin by increasing market diversity
• Develop and maintain a detailed database of customer system requirements
• Work with clients to develop a Road Map with a step-by-step approach
• Maintain a weekly report detailing new and ongoing sales opportunities and quotes
