Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen operations to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective kitchen operations strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and reduce costs.

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best ingredients and deals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
