Key Responsibilities

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide expert clinical care to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient treatment in a demanding environment. We are looking for a compassionate team player who values patient care as much as we do. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for critically ill patients.
  • Educating patients and their families about medications and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining and updating patient records, including test results and examination notes.
  • Administering medications as per physician directives.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
  • NIHSS certification is required within six months of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
