ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Produce high-quality products through manual assembly techniques, including stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly, and soldering (both lead and lead-free), along with some rework capabilities.

Conduct inspections to meet workmanship standards.
Test electronic assemblies.
Adhere to established quality policies and procedures.
Perform tasks in accordance with efficiency and utilization standards.
Engage in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives, supporting change and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and efficiency.
Assemble products as directed by the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Actively contribute to team activities, demonstrating enthusiasm, positivity, and reliability as a team member.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Provide input during problem-solving processes and exhibit strong communication skills.
Other duties as assigned.

This position requires on-site work, and regular attendance is a critical function of the role.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of one year of experience in the electronics industry is necessary.
LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, & REASONING SKILLS
Ability to read, speak, and understand English for effective communication and comprehension of internal documentation. Basic math skills are required for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. A fundamental understanding of performance graphs is necessary. Ability to assess product quality based on written documentation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Able to perform basic data entry tasks.
Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Component Identification course.
Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Workmanship standards exam.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be seated or standing, depending on their workstation.

Employees are occasionally required to stand and/or walk; they must frequently use their hands to point, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.


Vision requirements include:
close and distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
