Key Responsibilities

The essential duties include:

  • Interpretation of Technical Documentation: Analyze engineering schematics and test documents to establish quality benchmarks.
  • Data Recording: Accurately document test results using both manual and electronic methods, applying statistical quality control techniques.
  • Data Analysis: Create visual representations of data through graphs and charts, or input data into computer systems for thorough analysis.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct tests and resolve issues for low to medium complexity products at the component level, adhering to specified standards while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Equipment Setup: Utilize commercial testing equipment and perform maintenance on testing apparatus.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a reliable and proactive member of the manufacturing team, engaging in collaborative work group activities.
  • Workplace Safety: Uphold a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications
