Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including thorough physical assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, emphasizing exceptional bedside manner and clinical expertise.
  • Implement and monitor patient management strategies, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Effectively communicate with patients regarding their health status, treatment options, and follow-up care.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and additional healthcare services as necessary.
Practice Environment
  • Engage in an all-outpatient practice setting.
  • Utilize Allscripts EMR for efficient patient record management.
  • Access extensive onsite ancillary services to support patient care.
  • Work in modern, well-equipped facilities designed for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in a manageable call coverage schedule.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Certification from AANP or NCCPA.
  • Experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
