- Providing nursing care under the guidance of a registered nurse, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Participating in the evaluation of patients' physical and emotional well-being, along with their responses to various treatments.
- Monitoring patient conditions and promptly reporting any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Conducting nursing visits and executing care plans tailored to each patient's needs, which may involve administering medications, wound care, and other essential nursing tasks.
- Collaborating effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of assessments and interventions in line with agency standards.
