Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Outpatient Primary Care Physician to enhance our team of esteemed healthcare professionals.
Key Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a recognized residency program in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Self-driven with a commitment to teamwork and shared objectives.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled Physicians and Providers in a dynamic practice environment.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
- Provide a mix of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services.
- Conduct direct patient care including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, emphasizing excellent bedside manner and clinical expertise.
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient management strategies, documenting progress and ensuring continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding test results and follow-up care.
- Refer patients to specialists and coordinate relevant patient care services as needed.
- All outpatient care setting.
- Utilization of Allscripts EMR Software.
- Access to extensive onsite ancillary services.
- Modern facilities equipped with advanced medical technology.
- Phone call coverage of 1:28 days or better.
- Provision of primary, urgent, and specialty care services.
