Administrative Support Professional

Job Description: We are seeking an Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative role, be flexible, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director
- Assist with daily office functions and center-wide tasks
- Maintain files and perform other support duties
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Complete intake for prospective families
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize new tasks and systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets)
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year.
