Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Care team. As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve success with our software.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  • Support registrations and renewals through outbound efforts (phone, email) to connect with customers and invite them to register or renew their registration.
  • Resolve inbound customer care issues via online chat, email, and phone, and help address inquiries about registration, company profile, or the status of their information maintained by BCS.
  • Route other inquiries to the appropriate teams within BCS and update customer information in our CRM software during and after each interaction.

Requirements:

  • Customer service, sales, or related work experience a plus.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for assisting other people and contributing to the success of a hyper-growth company.
  • Familiarity and comfort with modern tools like CRM software.
  • Ability to work without significant oversight.
  • Personable, professional, and able to talk to customers in a concise, helpful, and friendly manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer:

  • $32,000 - $65,000 per year.
  • Flexible schedules and ability to work remotely 3 out of 5 days per week.
