Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will spearhead the company's performance marketing initiatives, which encompass the following tasks:

  • Formulate and execute SEO and SEM strategies tailored for each product launch.
  • Establish and monitor relevant metrics to assess the return on investment across various growth and marketing channels.
  • Produce technical content and advertisements aimed at our developer audience.
  • Implement diverse inbound and outbound marketing strategies along with innovative growth tactics.
  • Analyze competitors and their performance marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to make informed decisions regarding budget allocation, branding, and overall company direction.
  • Develop and uphold a strong brand identity and image.
Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills across multiple platforms (social media, blog entries, technical documentation, press releases, conferences, etc.). Additional qualifications we seek include:
  • Experience within the financial market data sector, and/or a background in marketing API products aimed at developers.
  • Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as Python, C++, and Rust.
  • Experience in launching SEO and SEM campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and inbound marketing methodologies.
  • A strong desire to thrive in a rapidly growing fintech startup environment.
