About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team at Miracom Hive. As an Event Promotions Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our event marketing efforts and ensuring the success of our promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with event attendees and provide excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and gather feedback to identify trends and insights, informing future event strategies and promotional activities.
  • Event Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking event performance metrics and preparing post-event reports, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
