As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our screen products, and driving sales growth in the Wisconsin area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales and margin targets set by the company.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and prospective customers, as well as supplier partners.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Effectively manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Manage expenses, sales activity, and calendar.
- Sell Equipment: Promote and sell equipment within the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel and Territory Management: Travel effectively throughout the assigned territory, prioritizing organization and time management to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Distribution or related field.
- Experience: At least three to five years of distribution experience, with a proven track record in account management and operations knowledge.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, with a proven history of success in related positions.
