Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Alamo Group Snow & Ice. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Midwest territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
  • Conduct dealer education and training to improve sales performance
  • Provide responsive customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with related products or in similar field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
