El Ejecutivo de Clientes debe posicionarse como un Socio Comercial dentro del nivel ejecutivo superior del cliente, operando a través de su empresa y enfocado en proporcionar liderazgo en nuestros compromisos existentes, así como en construir nuevas oportunidades que generen resultados comerciales de valor añadido. Este individuo trabajará con un equipo matricial, compuesto por expertos en la materia funcional y técnica (Aplicaciones, Consultoría Empresarial, BPO, Digital, Infraestructura, Nube y Seguridad, Datos y Analítica) comprometidos en ofrecer soluciones que añadan valor, integrando la estrategia empresarial con tecnologías habilitadoras y optimización de procesos que generen resultados comerciales específicos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de los objetivos de ingresos y ganancias, gestionando efectivamente el P&L a través de múltiples estructuras de acuerdos dentro del portafolio de clientes.
  • Utilizar relaciones profundas a nivel ejecutivo y un proceso de venta consultiva para impulsar búsquedas proactivas, colaborando con socios internos y externos en el desarrollo de soluciones que generen resultados comerciales específicos.
  • Interactuar y promover las capacidades a nivel empresarial de NTT DATA a nuestros clientes existentes, facilitando el crecimiento más allá de los servicios básicos de seguros.
  • Desempeñar un papel clave en programas de transformación complejos e iniciativas, construyendo relaciones colaborativas con Ventas, Consultores Empresariales y Arquitectos de Soluciones para maximizar la utilización de las ofertas de NTT DATA y cumplir con los planes y objetivos de crecimiento.
  • Participar y supervisar la entrega de programas de transformación complejos.
  • Establecer y gestionar relaciones ejecutivas con partes interesadas clave.
  • Abogar por los clientes en nombre de NTT DATA, y de manera similar, abogar por NTT DATA ante los clientes.
  • Requiere la capacidad estratégica para interactuar e influir exitosamente en múltiples ejecutivos de nivel C, actuando como un socio comercial y asesor de confianza que puede operar a través de su empresa.

Calificaciones:

  • Más de 12 años de experiencia en Servicios de TI / Consultoría Empresarial liderando compromisos con clientes utilizando un portafolio que incluye Aplicaciones, BPO, Digital, Consultoría, Infraestructura, Nube y Seguridad.
  • 10 años de experiencia en la industria de seguros con especialización principal en Vida y Anualidades y secundaria en Propiedad y Casualidad.
  • 7 años de responsabilidad en liderazgo dirigiendo actividades de compromiso con clientes, produciendo entregables, pronosticando oportunidades comerciales, generando crecimiento y transformación, y gestionando financieramente libros de negocio de más de $25M.
  • Poseer comprensión de modelos de entrega apalancados, y herramientas y metodologías comunes de Seguros / BPO / Datos y Analítica / Digital y Tecnología.
  • Capacidad para viajar hasta un 60% del tiempo.

Preferencias:

  • Un MBA será un plus, al igual que una experiencia previa en Consultoría.
  • Ubicación base preferida en el Medio Oeste, área metropolitana de Nueva York o Dallas/Fort Worth.
