Job Overview

SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Administrative Tasks: Assist the office team with fundamental tasks, such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
  • Crew and Job Coordination: Coordinate crew schedules and job assignments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Data Entry and Accuracy: Perform detailed and accurate data entry, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with office teammates and customers
