The Procurement Administrator Role

">

The Procurement Coordinator (Office Specialist 2) supports the work of Contracting and Procurement Services (CAPS) - Goods and Services group. This position provides administrative and contracting support, assists with reporting, manages contract submittal and processing, and performs the initial screening of incoming contracts for accuracy and completeness. This position also serves as the CAPS point of contact for the campus community.

  • Provides administrative and contracting support to the Contracting and Procurement Services team.">
  • Assists with reporting and data entry.">
  • Manages contract submittal and processing.">
  • Performs initial screening of incoming contracts for accuracy and completeness.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Two years of general clerical experience, including typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents.">
  • An Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology, or graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience.">
  • College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.">

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with experience working with database entry and management, office experience, and preferably using iContracts or similar contract database.
