This position requires a robust work ethic, the ability to handle challenging situations, and effective time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety for yourself, team members, partners, and customers
  • Exemplify professionalism and positively represent the culture of Star Dust Logistics
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Uphold quality standards consistently
  • Provide assistance to team members as needed
  • Possess a basic understanding of technology, including smartphones for package delivery
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products effectively
  • Occasionally assist in package deliveries to support drivers or address missed commitments
  • Educate, train, and mentor Delivery Drivers to maintain high delivery standards
  • Promptly report any incidents or interactions that could affect customer trust in Star Dust Logistics

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Hourly Wage: $20.00

Benefits Include: Paid Time Off, 401K matching, Health/Dental/Vision coverage, Performance-based bonuses, Annual provision of safety shoes, and more.

Basic Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Preferred prior professional driving experience
  • 2-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
