Job Summary

Bryan University is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to prospective and new students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless transition to their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service to prospective and new students, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the enrollment process.
  • Utilize various outreach methods, including outbound calls, emails, and text messaging, to provide proactive guidance and support to students.
  • Effectively manage inbound calls, utilizing the call center management system to track and respond to student inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Dean to develop and execute a plan to achieve or exceed monthly performance goals.
  • Embody a customer-centric approach, prioritizing student satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience throughout the admissions process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in admissions, enrollment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results as an individual contributor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and university departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
