• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive patient registration, including collecting insurance information and verifying eligibility, while communicating necessary fees and processing payments. - Back Office Duties:
• Prepare examination rooms and take patient vitals accurately.
• Review and document medical histories thoroughly.
• Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care effectively.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support clinic operations.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Experience in medical scribing is preferred.
Full-time
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour
Medical Specialties:
• Otolaryngology
Work Schedule:
• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Work Environment:
• In-person setting within a private practice.
